Wolfram Limited (Wolfram) is pleased to announce that on 30 June 2025 it entered into a bid implementation deed with PT BUMI Resources TBK (BUMI) under which BUMI will offer to acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of Wolfram by way of a recommended off-market takeover bid (Offer).
